Associates, Inc. was established in 1970 in Cleveland,
Ohio as a placement agency, with the goal of recruiting
and placing professional minority applicants in local and
national corporations.
Over
the years the founders, William Hicks, Jr. and Norman Thomas
have expanded outside of the permanent placement business
and into several other diversified businesses in Georgia,
Ohio and Pennsylvania.
